  2. 帳單資訊，根據必要情况來確認他們的款項有成功地透過ATM付款方式來完成。

Information we collect directly from you

For the purposes stated in the Section “HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION AND THE BASIS ON WHICH WE USE IT”, we collect information about you as described in this Section.
The categories of personal information that we collect directly from you are:

  1. Identifiers, such as

    1. Your personal details（e.g. name, date of birth, country, gender, age） 

    2. Your contact details（e.g. email address, phone number or mobile number

    3. Health data of the child attending the baseball camp, in order to ensure that the child receives the necessary care（e.g., height, .weight, eating habits, health concerns）

    4. Device identifiers, such as identifiers for devices that you use to access our websites including the IP address, type of device, device unique ID, MAC identifiers.

  2. Billing Information, as necessary to confirm that they payment was successfully finalized through ATM payment.

  3. Communication, such as the questions and responses provided when making use of the costumer support channels.

Information we collect from other sources 

We collect personal information about you from other sources such as Taiwan Rakuten Ichiba, Inc. where you can register and provide payment for the use of our Services, as described above.
The categories of information that we collect about you from the referenced sources are: 

  1. Regarding the delivery of goods you can purchase in Rakuten Monkeys Shop provided by Taiwan Rakuten Ichiba: 

    1. Identifiers, such as
      Your personal details（e.g. name, date of birth, country, gender, age）
      Your contact details（e.g. email address, phone number or mobile number）

    2. Purchase information, such as purchase date and amount, purchased product, order status, payment ID.

  2. Regarding the Rakuten Monkeys Membership Card provided by Taiwan Rakuten Ichiba:

    1. Identifiers, such as

      1. Your personal details（e.g. name） 

      2. Your contact details（e.g. email address, phone number or mobile number）

我們蒐集、儲存及使用您的個人資料是為了以下幾點：

We collect, store, and use your personal information to: 

  1. provide you the Services described above. We process your personal information to enrol the elementary students under your care in the biannual baseball coaching camp and to properly manage their health and safety; we use your personal data to complete the delivery of any merchandise bought in the Rakuten Taiwan Ichiba’s shop; and we process and use personal data in order to provide you with all the benefits associated with the Rakuten Monkeys Membership Card you acquired in the Taiwan Ichiba shop.   

  2. identify you. We use your identifiers to ensure that you are the appropriate recipient of our communications and to ensure the security of your personal information. 

  3. provide you support. We process your personal data to deal with your inquiries and requests. 

  4. fulfil our legal obligations. We use your personal data to comply with legal obligations to which we are subject and cooperate with regulators and law enforcement bodies and for security purposes such as fraud or to enforce our terms of use.

  5. improve the Services for you. We analyse information about how you use the Services to provide an improved experience for you and all users and improve our services and for business development.

We may obtain your consent to collect and use certain types of personal information or when we are required to do so by law. If we ask for your consent to process your personal information, you may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us using the details at the end of this privacy notice.
